Minimum Age Requirement

Our content is designed to provide performance psychology education. It is NOT a substitute for mental health services. We do not provide clinical therapy, and users seeking support for mental health conditions should consult licensed professionals. We signpost relevant services for those in need of mental health assistance.
Any psychoeducation provided should be practiced in a safe environment and only while competing in gaming scenarios. Users should NOT attempt to apply these techniques outside of gaming, such as while driving or engaging in activities requiring full attention and awareness.

Where such remedy is not available immediately, we shall acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 7 working days of the complaint being made.
